Avenue Growth is looking for a Growth Leader for our team of Growth Specialist, with unique skills in building and managing a successful team of commission based Growth Specialist.

This is a full time position is based out of Gurgaon.

This is an opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing start-ups, working closely with the management team and making sure that your team of Growth Specialist perform according to expectations.

Job Description
As a Growth Leader you are responsible for complete on-boarding of Growth Specialist which includes identifying, on-boarding, training and development of an appointed team of Specialist. You will work in an exciting start-up with a talented team which is disrupting how sales happen.
• Develop and lead a team of Specialist, using both offline and online training techniques
• Train new and existing Specialist, and manage the execution of key productivity metrics
• Lead the effort to identify contemporary best practices and associated technologies that will enable maximum productivity from the Growth Specialist team.

Required Skills
• 2+ years of successful experience as a sales manager.
• Excellent sales knowledge and experience.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Results oriented, out of box thinker and driven.
• Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of online and offline commerce models and Internet/Consumer/Technology.
