Lead Generation Specialist 3+ years

Avenue Growth  is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist for their Gurgaon-Sohna Road Office-Haryana

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00PM Monday through Friday.

Qualification: Any Graduate

An added advantage: Experience working with inside sales companies & or research companies.


1- The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and delivering qualified leads to the organization.

2- This includes screening and qualifying inquiries over outbound cold calls, as well as mining systems for prospects.

3- The Lead Generation Specialist will help manage and define processes and tools to enhance lead generation effectiveness, and will help drive revenue growth by qualifying and developing leads.

1- L/G Specialists are responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, courteous customer service via phone, mail, or email.
2- Should be able to communicate closely with potential customers. Must be a team player with the ability to hit targeted goals.
3- Utilize multiple public and private applications to research and identify sales leads
Perform ongoing inputs and updates to manage lead data

4- Ensure leads are captured appropriately/accurately, correctly routed, and followed up on in a timely manner
5- Collaborate with the sales team to progress leads through the Management process
6- Compile research and data on industry verticals for the identification of customer prospects
7-Work with the Sales & Marketing teams to design industry-specific outbound efforts
8- Work closely with management to further understand develop the leadgeneration program
Other administration functions and analysis as required by the leadership team.


Any Graduate.Technical aptitude; willingness to learn broad range of solutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize and analyze multiple projects and progress.
Takes initiative to solve problems; Self-motivated, goal-oriented
Computer competency with Microsoft Office and typing skills at minimum 25 wpm.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and also independently.
Willing to learn, hard-working, determined and assertive.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Experience with Sales CRM Software preferred.
